We use a separate CRM program for project management, invoicing, and client communications. Data from forms on linzila.com may be transferred securely to this CRM via API or email; this transfer does not require additional cookies on linzila.com.
If you access a dedicated CRM client portal (hosted on a separate domain or subdomain), that portal may set its own strictly necessary session and security cookies (for example: ci_session, csrf_cookie_name) to enable login, maintain sessions, and protect accounts. Those cookies are governed by the portal’s banner and/or policy and are required for the portal to function.
We do not collect personally identifiable information via cookies unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through a form or account login).
Cookie lifetimes vary (see table above and your Cookie Settings panel). Where feasible, we minimise durations and rotate identifiers. Consent records are retained to demonstrate compliance.
