Managed hosting (if purchased) includes updates, security patches, and backups subject to fair-use limits (1 GB email per mailbox, 512 MB application memory, 5 GB total storage). Do not modify core files or databases on servers we manage without our written consent. Backups are provided as a safeguard but are not guaranteed to restore all data in all cases.
Agencies and freelancers using our partner programme receive preferred rates and support. Partners are solely responsible for their end clients, deliverables, and legal compliance; Linzila is not a party to those relationships.
Our services and deliverables are licensed for the original purchasing Client or Project Partner and project only. Resale, sublicensing, redistribution, rebranding, or reuse for other clients or brands requires our prior written consent and an agreed licence fee, as further detailed in our Terms of Service.
